How to Schedule Work from Home for Employees

This feature allows HR/Admin users to schedule specific days as Work from Home (WFH) for employees based on their shift plans. Ideal for planning remote work in advance and ensuring clarity across teams.


Navigation Path:

Settings > Work from Home > Schedule


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Access the Schedule Tab:
    • Navigate to the Settings section.
    • Select Work from Home > Schedule.
  2. View Employee WFH Calendar:
    • The calendar displays each employee’s current shift and WFH assignments.
    • Use the filters to search by department, location, or employee name.
  3. Assign Work from Home:
    • Click on a specific date cell in the calendar corresponding to an employee.
    • Check the "Work from Home" box to assign WFH for that day.
  4. Save the Schedule:
    • Once assigned, click Save.
    • The WFH entry will be reflected in the employee’s shift calendar.

Tip: Use this feature to pre-define weekly/monthly WFH days for hybrid teams or role-based flexibility.
